Tunde Adekunle, who is the founder and Senior pastor of Christ Living Church, Owo, Ondo state pleaded to an Akure court to end his 15-year old marriage to his wife Agbeke on the grounds of
her frequent nagging.
The pastor believes that his wife was 'hell-bent' on making his life miserable and shared this with the court. He also blamed their constant fights for some of the scars on his body and went on to say that there was no more love in their marriage.
Furthermore, he added that she was a 'disgrace to his pastoral calling' and shared information about an incident in which she had allegedly torn his clothes in front of the congregation during one of his sermons.
Moreover his wife Agbeke denied the allegations set against her and accused her husband of being unfaithful and of not providing for his family. She also noted that she was also ready to leave him however the case has been adjourned until August 31st.
