Bishop Oyedepo Places Curse on Kidnappers For Abducting Winners Pastor

Reacting to the kidnap of Pastor Seyi Adekunle of the Calabar Province of the Winners’ Chapel located on IBB Way in Calabar, Bishop Oyedepo grunted in fury and uttered a curse on the kidnappers! While speaking at the third service at the Faith Tabernacle, Ota in Ogun State on Sunday, the General overseer of the Living Faith Church made the proclamation upon kidnappers:
“As long as I am here in Christ, your endeavours in this country are cursed.” He then added: “For all of you who continually bring sorrow to families, I curse you and your sponsors.”
The pastor was abducted by five gunmen as he led prayers in his church in Calabar. The kidnappers then set his ransom at N60 million. The kidnappers later called Winners authorities and Bishop Oyedepo demanded to speak with them on the phone where he put a curse on them, saying “I curse you in the name of Jesus and anyone who pays ransom to you is cursed.”

After the conversation, the kidnappers released the pastor and ran away after the military alongside the police attacked their hideout. Pastor Adekunle has since gone back to his family and Bishop Oyedepo made sure to travel to Calabar for the organised thanksgiving service at Living Faith Church where he revealed God had a hand in the rescue of Pastor Adekunle.

Meanwhile, Cross River State Police Command Spokesman revealed that two suspects were caught before the Pastor regained freedom. He said: “No ransom was paid but we are on the trail of other accomplices and very soon I will give you more details”.
