Mr Augustine Daniel, a suspected ritualist, died mysteriously in his living room on Igbalaye street, Akure, Ondo state. The man who claimed to be an auxiliary nurse that normally assists abortions, reportedly used to threaten his neighbours with
charms each time they confronted him about his evil actions.
It was these same neighbours that allegedly found him dead in his sitting room, holding one bottle of Seaman Schnapp, one bottle of Jik, a knife and two dead fowls after he had apparently converted his living room into a shrine.
His body is now being kept in the State Specialist Hospital, Akure where they will be examined further while the case has been transferred to the state Criminal Investigation Department (CID) for a proper investigation to be made.
