Sunday Special: 4-day process to achieving Spiritual wellness
Do you ever wish to re-establish your connection with GOD but are afraid of doing anything about it? Or do you just not know which steps to take? Well here's a lovely 4-day guide showing just what to do in 4 simple steps.
Day 1: Transform Your Mind: You want to first change your way of thinking and understand the guiltiness that you feel does not exist. It is simply the fear of God's disappointment, which only leads to straying away from Him. A simple method to conquering this way of thinking is by partaking in spiritual activities that talk about this topic such as reading bible verses or listening to sermons. This helps you to feel the excitement of your spiritual path and start again.
Day 2: Start Small: Prayer plays a big part of our spiritual path, we often believe prayer is so drowning when we can actually offer small prayers to God. Many Christians know that "thank you for this day" is a giant expression of thanks to Him. You see, there are thousands of people who do not bother to communicate with God at all, so He appreciates those that take even 5 minutes out of their day just for him. Reading the Bible as plays a big part. If you have not read it in a while, start by reading at least 3 scriptures a day. One in the morning, the afternoon, and another before bed.
Day 3: Push A Little Harder: Day three should be the day that you increase your prayer time and reading. Fifteen minutes of prayer with ten minutes of scripture reading. In that time, remember to think about how you were never lost or broken. When you have lacked in your path, it is impossible to return to a "lower level" as they say. The only thing that happens is your soul being completely lonely. So, never deny your soul or spirit of what it needs.
Day 4: Don't Give Up & Celebrate: This is the day you can become devoted to your spiritual path once again. As mentioned before take each day slowly and think of this journey as a life line rather than a horrifying obligation. Also reward yourself with some ice cream or an activity of your choice. Make spirituality fun.
